As far as licensing, Kevin can probably address this but I know there's a law firm who practices nationally, by the original attorney setting up practice in each state with a licensed attorney in all states. He is then a business partner, but the one who calls the shots since his 'partner' must follow his guidelines to keep the business going. It also helps that this state partner is familiar with all the particular laws of the individual state where he resides.
