Speaking from my own point of view, I think it is generally a good idea. Of course with many road blocks!  Sort of like Connecticut Attorney's Title Insurance Company.  Of course like Kevin said, here in CT you must be an Attorney to write Title Insurance.  One great thing the Legislature did for us around 1984! Hopefully that will change some day.  BTW Kevin do you what drove that legislation other than the CT Bar? I think we are one of a handfull of state's like that.
