That was good George! 

Now my thought is: "If you can't afford it, you can't buy it"  Yeah I am a fiscal conservative!. But think about it, It really does offer home ownership and the bettering of people's lives to so many who haven't been able to do so before. In addition, it's that much more driving the economy.

Now I'm thinking it means that much more work to us Abstractors as we had before!

Just a thought.
