The problem is we don't make enough money to be out of luck in payment of our services.  We are barely holding down expenses and paying ourselves a salary with no profit.  I have read all these gripes the last month or so and haven't responded but this is how I feel when the owner of SOT himself feels as a business owner he can price his product and services to cover all expenses, including keeping employees, we are in trouble.

Again, we need to take control and it starts by the leaders (ie, like owners of SOT) to just set a price for his business that includes profit - like it or not.  It is the same as people undercutting.  If someone started to go up, we all would.  Another thing is, the more we are hit with online counties the higher we have to go up with our fees and with minimum amount because we are only sent very few orders for that county and many times with just one.  There isn't going to be anyone to service them soon.  They are telling vendors - take me out of the county - I can't cover my cost to get there.
