SOT has absolutely been the biggest money-maker for me -- so much so that I have a banner ad.  About 1 out of 5 new prospective clients says "I saw your listing on Source of Title" and I have to wonder how many just don't tell me how they heard about us actually found out here. 

And I've gotten into the habit of checking on the reputation of said new clients.  It will eventually save me thousands of dollars of bad debt.
