I also support ther troops serving in Iraq. Unfortunately I think they are there for the wrong reason. Islam is a peaceful religion until challenged. Unfortunately they do not deem to have a centralized authority such as Pope or Arch Bishop of Canterbury or councils to come forth with a consolidated doctrime. It is left to the Mulahs. Very often their interpretations of the Koran are influenced by political fanaticism. Even Bush in his address to Congree after 9/11 indicated that the war was not directed toward Islam, but rather to the perversion of Islam.
