"What about the 350 other days there are no shootings or bombings?" Why doesn't the news report that?

How about that so highly effective organization--the UN?  When was the last time they issued a resolution condeming Hezbollah or Hamas?  And, I'm sorry but didn't we do this same thing a few years ago (rightly I might add)?  We attacked Afghanistan because they aided and abetted terrorism.  We did so because they were a continued threat to our national security.  How long are we supposed to ask Israel to deny their right to protect their own sovereignty????  If ONE HALF of the number of Israelis that have died to terrorism in the last 30 years had been Americans, we would have turned the Middle East into a giant kitty litter box a LONG time ago.  As would ANY country that had any sense.  Why are we better than Israel? 

btw--I have NEVER been more proud of George Bush than I have been today!  All those panty-waists at the G8 summit have been begging him to call Israel and demand they stop the "attacks".  He in turn responds by calling Israel and saying---it's about time, but do me a favor, don't kill too many civilians!
