I've been following this thread off and on since its inception, and I just want to commend Mr. Girardi for his willingness to take financial responsibility for his company.
I'm sure that every person reading this has fallen on hard times at some point in their personal or professional life. It is how we deal with these hard times that separates the "men & women" from the "boys & girls".
I am constrained to point out that Mr. Girardi, under no obligation to do so, has chosen to step up on a public forum and endure the slings and arrows of those vendors who have gone unpaid, rather than simply "take the money and run". Personally, I wish more company owners would do that.
To those who have been lambasting Mr. Girardi in this thread, count your blessings and cut the guy some slack. At least he's making the effort to get you paid, which is more than I can say for some of the companies I've read about here lately.
I guess Oscar Wilde was right when he said, "No good deed goes unpunished".
