I was thinking not so much as a mediation service, but maybe along the lines of someone talking to them directly and then allowing them to make a formal post about the allegations. Some of the companies talked about on the forum may not know that they are being talked about.

On the other hand, I totally agree that it would be nice to see more constructive posts about ideas and thoughts. I did notice on other forums, that the forums were organized by topics, where some were admin-driven, while others were member-driven and you click on the area that you had a question or an idea and post to that section of the forum. And from what I understand, those forum structures could easily be downloaded from the internet for SOT. Even comes with a personalized icon for each member to have.
