Commenting on your post is only going to bring the hornets out again, I just know it. So I will be as cautious as possible. Banks/Mortgage Companies/Title Companies are stiffing me. All of them?? Of course not, but one of my biggest clients (one of the largest title companies in the country) in 2004 did stiff me for a lot more money than I care to mention here. Are they my client today? No, but take on raising interest rates, less work, more competition, etc. and things can get a bit out of control before you know it. But unlike the vendor companies that you all have mentioned from time to time, we aren't closing our doors, collecting the last client checks and turning off our phones. We are committed to getting ourselves out of the hole that we are in right now.
