Just put *some restrictions apply - lol.  No actually should our rate sheets include a current owner price that only goes back so many years?  We have organized title plants here Robert but that doesn't mean that we have access to them.  Actually David and I receive so little "full" searches - probably only for cell tower companies that I really believe they have us do them when there is some title defect coming up in the title plant records.  In Dallas to go back 40-60 is alway a mess just because there has NEVER been consistent indexing in this county and there are so many records and hand-written books it is absolutely like no other county.
