Robert... you make a good point. I think what I am mistaking here is the difference between what you call a 40 year search and what we consider a full search. David (mine) and I should look at our rates and come up with something that addresses this issue. We certainly could never charge what we charge for a full search but our CO search doesn't really cover the time. We do go to some out lying counties when asked that we don't list as being ours. Mostly because they are above the snow line and we don't do snow. Maybe that should be on our rate sheet too... "if above snow line... :)" Thanks Michaela for bringing this up.
