I would love to give a break on this search, but I do have a LOT of indexes to run. Not to mention the last name is an "S" which means a lot more pages to run. In this county, the old indexes are broke down by first letter of the last name, then first letter of the first name. If two people (husband and wife) are in title, you can easily end up running 5-10+ handwritten pages for each name, in each index, which these indexes only go for about a five year timeframe each. The computers don't even start until 1989, and not everything was necessarily indexed on the computer until around 1995. Trust me, it is time consuming. I am not trying to take advantage of anyone on this deal, it is just the facts and I could easily spend two hours running stuff. That is not even counting time spent going to courts, which is in another building that I have to drive to. In that time I could have done a bunch of easier work and made more money, or I can work on one "current" owner. You be the judge.
P.S. By no means am I turning this down, I just want my customer to be aware of what I am getting into and the additional cost that it will be. I do have a good relationship with this client and I want them to know things upfront and give me an okay before I dive into somthing I will not get fully compensated for.to post a reply: login - or - register
