I had the same issue with them of non-payment.  After months of attempting to contact them with no luck, I prepared a small-claims writ and faxed a copy to them with a letter stating that if I did not receive payment, I would be filing suit.  It took about 2 months, but I DID receive a check from them in April.  They still owe us a small sum dating back almost a year, but at least I was able to recover something.

All I can say is keep on them - and don't be afraid to play hardball.  It's the only thing some of these companies understand.
