Well get this, today we found someone who are offering a Current Search for $25. 

Now, sometime the current search turns to be almost a 30 yrs.  How are they going to handle that.... I just dont know.  We just let our clients know if a current search turns to a 30 yrs. We will charge you for a 30 yrs Search.  Sorry. 

No get this.  There is a girl in one of the counties we covered, which she works for a title company.  Full time.  But she advertised herself to other title companies offer them a 30 yr search for $25.00.  I know this, because she called me, to see if I want to use her services.  Right..... I laughed, laughed, and let her know that I would notified the title company she work for that she is doing this behind their back.   How awful...
