While I would never want you to name the company here on a public forum, maybe it wouldn't be a bad idea to share it with those who were hurt by this company. Maybe if they all started writing letters and sending emails, they would realize that they are hurting many more people and small companies besides CRS. (just a thought)
This business is a big chain and we all need to work together to service the customer. This not only includes getting the work done, but paying for it as well. We should all be on the same side, but too often it isn't viewed that way.
