All I can say is I respect anyone whose company is being talked about that will step up and say yes we are having problems, and we are working at a solution.  I just have never understood why there is always this money problem when the people at the top of the paying ladder are banks, mortgage companies, title companies and other lending institutions reporting billions of dollars in profit.  I don't know what to tell the mid-level companies (the ones above us) but everyday your accountant should be checking on invoices due and checking on payment.
