No, CRS is not being sold.  Yes, we are consolidating offices to reduce overhead, which in turn will help us to pay researchers for the work they have done.  I have mentioned in earlier posts this year that I am doing all that I can to get everyone caught up.  I don't like to talk numbers because I don't want to appear like a big shot or something but CRS has paid well over $10,000,000 to abstractors in its 7 year history.  I get highly offended when someone accuses me of not paying when I have paid out so much.  Yes, we may be slow sometimes, but we do pay for work.  We face the same problems you all do with clients.  Some are slow, some are impossible.  I am having to say good-bye to a bunch of employees who have been with me for years so I will be able to bounce back from slow times we all have been facing this year and to make sure that I keep in you all's good faith.  On a side note, I would like to say, "Thank You" to all those companies that have been patient with us.  My accounting staff is contacting you by state to verify what you show and what we have in our system for payments.  Feel free to fax a statement (not 100's of individual invoices) to our accounting department.  Thanks, Jim
