Wow, that must give you some competitive edge!!  I'd love to be able to do a complete Current Owner Search in 15 minutes!!  I'm not saying that it couldn't be done in some jurisdictions, but in most of my counties, it takes 15 minutes just to walk between each of the offices where the records are kept.  Not to mention the time spent waiting for an available computer terminal, checking the "daybooks", etc.

Even so, assuming that I have all that information at my fingertips, it takes me longer than 15 minutes just to proof my results and compile the report.

But, that's just me.
