Wow! I'm impressed Patti, but I don't understand why someone who can do such a thorough current owner search in fifteen minutes isn't doing them full time? According you your calculations you could be making $150,000 a year as an independent abstractor. Does Accuquick pay you more than $75 an hour to convince prospective independent abstractors that you know more about running their business than they do?

If you can do a current owner search in just fifteen minutes, how much longer does it take to process and send the report to your clients? Five minutes? Ten? How much does Accuquick add to the $25 fee you pay to the people who take the risk and do the work?
