I do not think your pricing is bad at all.  Personally, I think that vendor management companies should be charged a much greater price to view any abstractor information at all - enhanced or not.  Most abstractors only cover a few counties and the fee is relevant to that.  Vendor management companies are supplying the entire US abstractor needs with your listings.  Your site probably has replaced several people and their salaries in their marketing department - something to think about.
