I would like to add my name to the list of satisfied customers!  I have been meaning to post for sometime now to extol the benefits of SOT.  Any of us that have subscriptions know that Robert sends out an email at the beginning of each month, giving us statistics from SOT.  Month after month, it shows that those with enhanced listings get 3 to 4 times more look ups then those who do not.  I also have a banner ad.  My  average look ups are higher still, consistently over 100, even in recent times.  I  have obtained not only several clients from SOT., but also abstractors.  Those of you that do not have enhanced listings----Do you know that ONLY clients who have subscriptions can view your information?  If someone is looking for an abstractor, those with enhanced listings are going to be the ones that are going to be picking up the work.  To me it is money well spent.
On another more personal note.  I have known Robert Franco for several years, before NALTEA, before SOT, even before Versa Title.  But it was not until I found out about SOT & then NALTEA & worked with him on that board, that I found out just how intelligent & forward thinking he is.  I have been in this industry 36 years, I have absorbed information from my experiences, but Robert knows much more then I about this industry as a whole.  I am so amazed at what he has accomplished.  Not only has he developed & operates this website for all of US, he also runs a title/abstract/closing business.  He has served on the Board on NALTEA & is now serving as Vice President.  He is a licensed Title Agent for the State of Ohio.  He also has a pilots license.  If that were not enough he is now going to Law School.  He has also surrounded himself with intelligent forward thinking people, Jarrod and Slade to name a couple.  I have great admiration for all of them.  It does sting a little knowing that I am old enough to be their mother!  But that is a small price to pay for the privilege of getting to really know these guys & developing not only wonderful professional relationships, but invaluable friendships as well.
Let me add my Thanks for not only my business, but for what you are doing for this industry.  Time will be the measure.

PS  Did you also know that while in the Army, Robert was trained as a translator------IN KOREAN!!!!!!
