Jaybird you aren't doing this to all the abstractors in MO are you?  BTW - my son is up in MO visiting my family and my dad retired in December in Texas for the 2nd time.  He is bored already - you have a part-time job for him?  Smart man - has several master degrees.  Oh - he moved back to MO when he retired - that would help to know he is in the same state wouldn't it?
