Well ya all (that is Texas slang lol) David Bloys and I are way out of your range.  Wouldn't be worth my time for that price - however, it may just be the different states and counties.  Our full searches are 60 years here though and certainly you charge more for commercial don't you - like 2-3x more? 
PS - you mean you go to lunch - haven't had lunch hour in six years except for special occassions like a birthday or Christmas with other abstractors - lol.
