David: Just to follow up the bulk selling of documents in the Northern Virginia area- I am writing to each of the clerks asking for clarification of your statement of the bulk sales of documents and await their replies, each has previously assured me that is NOT being done here, but we will see. As for copies I get on line from the 4 counties I access online- I can print all I want with no additional fee- that is why I really enjoy Paperport- nothing actually gets printed to paper, no ink is used, but I can sift through, delete pages not needed and assemble the documents in the order I need and just e-mail everything off, and printing to the paperport desk top is very fast, I would say a 60page doc takes about 10-15 seconds to appear ready to be worked with or read.
I'll keep you posted on my quest for the truth from the clerk's offices.
