Wow - there are a lot of unhappy people with ATM. I don't think I want to even touch that one with a 200 foot pole. I was just curious since they emailed me wanting to know if I was interested in doing work for them. I didn't quite know what to say, but now I think I will politely decline their offer. Flipping through the 13 page vendor agreement, I see they expect an 8 hour turnaround, even on FULL searches. What a joke, I have enough stress in a day. I don't need some new company lowering (or shorting) my fees and expecting a miracle turnaround with each search. Thank you for all the input, I think you saved me from a lot of problems . . .
