The link you put actually told less than you said in your introduction.  Anyway to get to the full case.  I was wondering about this myself.  Why don't we ask for bulk copies in the counties we service.  How are these on the disks - anyone know?  Are they in document order?  You know the other thing is - according to law in most states, a county cannot charge a fee for a copy for more than it costs to produce the copy.  Some online counties are still charging 1.00 pp and you are using your own paper and printing the copies yourself.  I would think that charging this same fee given the circumstances would actually be against the law.
