Hi Sam... I am so glad Cheryl found someone that sounds competant and willing to mentor her. Working at a title company will never give her the same one on one help and support. In our expeariance that was priceless.

I also do not want to leave out the people on SOT who stepped forward. Some of you probably thought I would never stop asking questions. Well actually I haven't stopped asking.... and that is because this is a business  full of surprises. My unsolicited advise to you Cheryl? Ask several people the same question... you will get a variety of answers and they will all probably be right.
