The only problem with reducing the title premium (and it may be different for you guys in VA) is that the title premium is set by the state, at least here in PA.

The pitiful part about it is that the abstractor is always the one being asked to cut fees, but at the same time is the one who is asked to assume the burden of liability.

What's wrong with this picture?
