Nope, they don't. They have to index into their platform first, which means a copy of the the records could be anywhere in the world being indexed. They won't go live until the indexing is complete.
You might try Infinity International Processing Services. They provide this type of service and do 35,000 title searches a month in 400 American Counties. They claim on their website to be one of the largest KPO organizations in India and outsource much of the data to their partners in China. They say their unique selling point is a local office in USA and offshore hub in India, Philippines and China. I think you may find that their "local office in the USA" is nothing more than a sales and access front. Check out their About Us Page .
So where are the Fairfax County records now? Your guess is as good as mine. But the citizens of Fairfax County know where they left them and who they expected to be handling them. Ask your clerk who, he/she sold them to. By now their are probably dozens, if not hundreds of copies all over the world. Infinity claims they have a team of 1200 data entry operators, 300 quality experts and 100 call center executives handling these records. Are Fairfax County among the 400 counties they "service". Who knows? Ask them.
