I think that is an excellent approach Barbara, especially when they offer the  lame excuse that THEIR big client hasn't paid them. I do work for one of the biggest banks in the country and I know they have always paid on time. I wonder what they would think of some of the unsubstantiated claims coming from their vendors.

I truly believe this was the case with CMS. I haven't seen anyone substantiate their claim that they were stiffed a million dollars. Does it seem strange to anyone that apparently no suit was filed against this company that stiffed CMS a million dollars, meanwhile the owner of CMS just walks away without paying the abstractors?

The next time someone claims they can't pay you because they haven't been paid why not follow Barbara's lead and go direct to the lender?
