Just to add my 2cents.  They owed me a large sum when
I was searching for them.  The calls for payment went unanswered,
and they didn't care that I wouldn't do any more work for
them.  They seem to always find someone who doesn't know
about them yet.  The only way I feel I got paid was, I noticed that
most of the loans closed with the same bank, (same branch
may times)  so I sent a letter telling them If they didn't pay me, then
I would have to go after the bank that I was searching for. I
received a phone call that day, and a check just days later.
I think if someone would notify THEIR big client, maybe they
would listen. Not sure if it will help, they've been doing this for
years.
