I saw this news story.  The county in Michigan that was mentioned is Ingham County.  There are several other Michigan counties that are pulling records off line as well as many counties in Ohio.  Now the next step would be to get them to stop selling the information in bulk to anyone & everyone with the funds.  There will probably be more of that happening.  Getting the news out to the public is always a double edge sword.  When people get upset, there is usually some positive action, but it also educates the criminal.  One step at a time.
