We have several counties where the employees are working but the public is not allowed.  Recordings are done by snail mail.  Some counties will allow one abstractor in by appointment only and others have a question screening process and/or take your temperature.  Don't think we are on the downhill slide of this.  Truly believe we haven't even come close to spiking yet and looking at May or June before things start to get better.
