Hey Sheila Sten!

Good to hear from you.  Did not know there was no one to accept recordings in Washington ROD tho.  Can you imagine the backlog of recordings they're gonna have after this?

As of last Friday, Fayette was still running with a skeleton crew and I was able to get info on delinquents from the Tax Claim office.  Probably not a bad idea to phone ahead if each office is doing its own thing.  Stay safe down there in WashPa!
