Robert: The platting software I use has an option of setting the scale-by default it draws the plat to fit the page, but can be changed- also can add any easements on the plat , and merge adjacent tracts to give multiple tracts plats. The two most convenient options are the ease of doing curves and the "missing" call fix. If you have a call that does not work or is in error all I need to do is enter a "?" and it fixes it . This is very handy with typos that are so prevalent in M&B descriptions. I will get the information for this company and post it here for all to have. They have done some moving and I am not sure what the current price is- I have used them for years and find their software to be very user friendly and the people very cooperative too.
