Todd: You probably already have MS Works on your computer, most come with it already bundled with the installed programs- There is a nice  data base function in there that I employ for all of my 10k plus subdivision front sheets-and then simply print to paperport in the designated folder and you have a digital front sheet, saved with all of your typed information -no more handwritten front sheets or anything for that fact, makes for a much more professional end product and without saying , much easier on the eyes of your clients too. I have not hand written a title in over 7-8 years now, and I can say the clients I provide them for appreciate it when you make their job easier to deal with.-If you need any help setting this up, I am glad to assist in doing so for you or anyone on SOT.
