I do too but Wendi why are you accepting and filling out the package? Even here - when our counties have gone online some abstractors have refused to take any work in the counties after that. Said why should I now go there with 2 orders that will take me hours to complete because they don't want to do them which is true. He changed his counties - the bad side of that is he was one that was low-balling and I'm real curious how he is doing with his pricing in his "new" counties because it still will be nothing like the old volume. He never really serviced rural areas that involved lots of travel and gas and hardly an order in site so in essence he will not be able to continue with his own stradegy unless he changes his pricing also. It's been very interesting in Texas to watch the individual abstractors and the strategies they are now using or direction they are going to given what is going on.
