Did I miss something? I was under the impression that the INDIA outsourcing was a move by the title companies to eliminate the "high cost" , and at the same time  the "quality" of local abstractors. This request by the outsource companies will merely add more complexity and cost to the title process, but it does bring back the "quality" that they lost in their cost cutting move , but the title companies or whoever is sending this work away  have surely planned on that factor with the increase of claims that will follow
