Well be very careful. Ebay is offering land in Love County. You may have seen the pictures in the article. You can even find waterfront property on Ebay. The problem is, I don't really think there is any water in Love County. It is desert country. If you saw Lonesome Dove then you saw much of the area around Austin, San Antonio etc. Pretty country. If you saw the series that depicted their life as young rangers, (Dead Man's Walk") you saw much of the area that is Love County. The scene where the english woman bluffs the apaches by riding a white mule naked was a scene from near Loving County. The scene where they lost their horses and the prairie fire was near Palo Duro Canyon about ninety miles north of here.
