6) The client has the right to call us a thousand times during the day requesting status on a request they sent this morning; we have the right to (politely) tell the client that we cannot possibly deliver a complete and accurate search within a reasonable time frame if we have to stop every 5 minutes to answer the @#$%^&*!! phone!!!!
