Loretta first what I don't get is just because you don't report judgments you are supposed to reduce a current owner charge?  Hello, do you all have judgments to report every current owner - next thing they will ask us to do is if a current owner results in no judgements we are to automatically reduce our rate (oh, no did I just give them an idea?).  Why would you reduce this search based only on no judgements and if you read the post, she is to report an EXTRA 24 months of ownership - which possibly could be several owners.  They normal ask for that type of search because they know someone or some entity is flipping properties.
