I couldn't agree with you more. TU is a shining example of a VM that expects everything for nothing. It seemed as if every three months I was asked to lower my fee's. I can't even imagine how long it would take to input a large metes and bounds description. Not to mention the errors that could occur typing the legal descriptions.

I hope the abstractors that work with TU have increased their fee's.
