Hey Teresa,
      We do subscribe to QuestXpress and it has been extremely helpful in streamlining our business from file storage, indexing, on-line ordering for our clients, to status checks, maintaining client and vendor information, to invoicing and accounting.  It can export to QuickBooks and put together several useful reports.  They will work with you in designing reports that you may need if they don't have it already.
