The problem is Wanda - most people think they can do them online - like I said before, most county online systems are not the same as inhouse computer systems and lack the cross-reference searches which at least are very vital to Texas searches.  It is absolutely the only way to find assignments and/or some releases, mis-spelled names, people that have used a variation of their names, and the list goes on.  Also, as I will say again, most of the county records contain SOME, NOT ALL of the judgments, STL/FTL etc. because some counties have some years still in books and some online and they don't tell you that within the 10 year statute.  There will be a tremendous amount of E&0 claims in Texas in the next 10 years.
