George: As a follow up on your humorous response that you didn't post, maybe  he is looking for the "outsourced" version of the manuals- they have got to be a lot shorter with far less detail of content and accuracy.
I hope he gets the right ones for his sake, title insurance is just way too complicated for a casual approach. Have a great weekend.
