Thank you for the responses.  I got their vendor packet a day after the phone call.  It is signed by a guy named Darrin Jones.  If this guy's name was really Darrin Jones, then my name must be Mohammad Abdul Mohammad.

Then, in reading their info, if I sign and return it, they have the right to send me a "TEST SEARCH" to see how I do.  They DO NOT pay for this search.  I am thinking about sending them a "TEST INVOICE" to see how they pay before I accept any work.
