Thanks for the advise George and yes we will be doing more. I wrote hoping to of warn others off this company. I know of two other abstractors who have done work and have not been paid. Chris is one of the ghosts who haunts SOT so I know if will eventually read my note. He told me he got our contact info here. Normally I would have posted asking about this company before working... but he was "desperate" and I took a chance.
