Russ, they ARE definitely a frequent topic here on SOT.  They are one of the U.S. companies that are REALLY being run from India.  I received my "package" last week.  The problem is that they need local abstractors to fill in the gaps where counties are no online.  So, if you DO work for them, expect the hard to find, not online type of searches, which they aren't going to want to pay enough for.  I'd politely pass.
