Lisa, the prevailing wisdom here is either Title Program Administrators, whose link is at the right or State Farm. We have TPA. We are very happy. We got three times as much coverage this year for only slightly more money. I haven't had any issues, so I can't judge their customer service, but so far--no complaints. As to State Farm, it appears to be a good policy but so many of the abstractors have a hard time getting their reps to find out how to write the E & O because it's new to State Farm. It wasn't THAT big of a price difference. I'd rather go with the people who know the industry already. JMO
